James was absolutely amazing! Not only did he work on our car quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by advocating for us when the dealership initially tried to deny us service and parts coverage. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. I would 100% return for any future car service needs. I fully trust James and the entire team, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend Bruno’s Automotive I was in a stressful situation and needed an honest, reliable mechanic I could trust. From the very beginning, James at Bruno’s Automotive was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and helped me prioritize the repairs without pushing anything unnecessary. The pricing was fair, and the entire experience felt straightforward and stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop that truly values honesty and customer care. I’m very grateful for the help and would confidently recommend Bruno’s Automotive to anyone looking for quality work and dependable service.

My cars check engine light was on. They fit me in and diagnosed the problem. Repaired very quickly. James is so nice. Very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the problem to me and didn't make me feel dumb. Sharita at the front desk is great too. Best auto shop in Fayetteville. Only place I take my car.
